J. Gregg Rollins, CPA, CFF
J. Gregg Rollins is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by both Arkansas and Colorado Boards of Accountancy. Additionally, he has attained the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) designation issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Mr. Rollins was the Founder/CEO of CitizenTax.com software company, which developed a complimentary suite of proprietary online tax software and software tools offered through websites for individuals seeking the benefit of fast, safe and cost-effective method for e-filing their federal and state tax returns. In this position, Mr. Rollins acted as the liaison with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on behalf of the company.
Additionally, Mr. Rollins has served as the Chief Financial Officer of both public and private entities and submitted financial reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through the EDGAR system including the 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Form 10-SB, S-1 registration statement, S-8 and Forms 3 and 4.
Formerly a registered representative with Merrill Lynch, Paine Webber and Lieblong Associates brokerage firms, Mr. Rollins managed risk assets for medium and high net worth individuals, pension and profit sharing plans. Mr. Rollins specialized in under-valued assets primarily in the financial services and banking industry.
